Steven Paysinger has a unique legal background that provides him with valuable insight into car accident cases. After practicing personal injury law with his father Robert for 5 years, he switched to insurance defense and handled litigation matters ranging from product liability, premises liability, construction defect and general liability. Having seen how the game is played from the other side, Steven knows the tricks insurance companies like to use to minimize how much they pay out for car accident cases and uses this knowledge to obtain the best possible result for his clients.
During his legal career, Steven has been named Top 40 Under 40 in Personal Injury Law in Colorado by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers and Top 10 Under 40 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. Steven obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law, where he was a Dean’s List student, Trustee Scholarship recipient, and zealous supporter of the school’s various athletic programs (Go Green).
