Alex Sheppard

Alex grew up in small town rural Kansas. From a young age, Alex learned the values of hard work and dedication through athletics and summer employment. Throughout his youth he participated in many sports and in high school he lettered in swimming, track, and football. His dedication to athletics allowed him to obtain a swimming scholarship to Morningside University in Sioux City, Iowa.

After college, Alex was undecided on a career and decided to shadow a patent litigator on a whim. After seeing what plaintiff attorneys do, he decided going to law school was the right path for him. To save money for law school while studying for entrance exams, Alex worked as a salt miner, a farm hand, and in retail sales.

While in law school, Alex took an intensive trial advocacy class and immediately found his calling as a trial lawyer. It was at this point Alex decided to dedicate his legal career to advocating for those injured by the negligence of others. Alex takes pride in representing ordinary people in their fight against billion-dollar insurance companies.

In his free time, Alex enjoys playing golf, snowboarding, fly fishing, exercising, competing in intramural sports, and barbecuing.
